Users of the Droid Turbo have found that the volume appears to be incredibly low when making and receiving calls. Playing music and videos generally works okay, but even at max volume, calls sound quiet. Potential Solutions: Hold the volume all the way down to low, and then raise it back up.
For ANYONE dealing with Volume Control issues. I got a temporary fix. But you might have to do it everytime you pair to the buds. 1. Go to SETTINGS. 2. Go To SYSTEM then SOUND. 3. Click on MANAGE SOUND DEVICES * Like Picture Below*.
Do this: Set the touch controls to adjust the volume through the wearables app. With no sound playing, touch and hold the right earbud again and again until the earbud volume is at max. Make sure your phone volume is now very low before you play some music again (These buds actually get really loud!) Enjoy :)
